Shipping & returns

While we hope you love your purchase, we also know that it doesn't always work out.

Unworn merchandise with tags attached and in original packaging may be returned within 7 days. Merchandise sent back 7-14 days after purchase will be eligible for store credit or exchange. Jewelry and sale items are final sale. 

+ You will have the option at check out to ship either UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or USPS Priority. Shipping costs are calculated at check out. You will receive and email with your tracking information.

Lady Jones can not be responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages.
